CrossFit, Gymnastic and Strength coach, Ivana is highly qualified. Currently vice national champion of powerlifting, she will make sure you exercice properly and e ffectively
Jael Persiano
Mobility and Flexibility is essential to avoid injury and to feel good in your body. Jael is our super Flexibility and she also learn to become a CrossFit coach !
Yann Candia
As well as being the gym manager, Yann is an experience athlete and coach with over 10 years experience in sport and fitness. He makes every effort to ensure the smooth operations of F15 and is a very detail oriented coach with whom you can feel safe and confident.
David Gómez
David is our Colombian ninja with a life of sport and training behind him. He believes that our body is the most important thing that we’ve got, therefore we have to make sure to look after it. He is a passionate crossfit coach with over 4 years of experience and is dedicated in helping others reach their best potential. Also, if you like latino music, you will not be disappointed !
